Facility Rental Request

Pease fill out the information below and one of our staff will reach back out about your inquiry. By filling out the Facility Rental Request form the renter agrees to all of the following Rules & Regulations:

  1. General Rules for Artificial Turf: No Pets on Playing Surface. No Moving Goals/Equipment. If the goals on the rented field are not returned to the original locations at the start of the rental, then there will be a fee of $25 charged. Molded Cleats or Athletic Shoes Only (No Metal Cleats). No Food on Field Surface (Including Seeds & Gum). No Drinks on Field Surface (Except for Water). No Sharp Objects or Stakes. No Alcohol or Glass Containers. Chairs & Benches Permitted on Concrete or Natural Grass ONLY. No Tobacco Products (Chewing Tobacco, Dip, Cigarettes, Vaping). I have read the agreement and support the general artificial turf rules of the Collier County Parks and Recreation Division. I understand that failure to follow these rules may result in access denial to all Collier County Parks and Recreation Division’s artificial turf fields. I understand that I will be held responsible for any field damage resulting from improper use of the fields or amenities.

  2. The designee on the application is responsible for the cleanup of event waste and debris within the entire event area before, during, and after the event. This waste includes, but is not limited to pallets, tents, cardboard boxes, tournament product, vendor product, banners etc. Please inform all event staff, participants, attendees, and vendors to properly dispose of trash and any waste they may have or create. Any waste and debris left will be subject to additional cleanup fee charge of $50 that will be added to your permit. 

  3. Agree to return the event site to Collier County Parks and Recreation Department in an “as was” condition. Provide for the repair or cost of repairs for excessive damage to the event site caused by athletes, spectators, applicant, vendors, and/or sub-contractors before and/or during the event until fully vacated. Please note, any items that are on Collier County property beyond 48 hours after the event will be disposed of. Participants will treat all facilities and equipment respectfully. Vandalism and misuse of equipment and property will not be tolerated. Participants are expected to clean up after themselves and report any damage immediately.

  4.  All rental requests must submit payment within 24 hours of being issued their permit or their permit will be cancelled. Any cancellations must notify park staff in writing prior to their rental to beginning for a partial refund otherwise there will be no refund issued.
  5. Collier County has the authority to revoke any valid rental for violation of rules, laws, and/or ordinances. Group(s) or individual(s) to whom a rental is issued shall be liable for any loss, damage, negligence and/or injury sustained by another person(s).

  6. Prohibited at indoor facility and outdoor venue area are fires, alcohol, and any act or behavior that may be displeasing to the public’s enjoyment or damaging to the current state of the facility. Participants will not bring, use, or be under the influence of alcohol or mind-altering drugs while engaged in Collier County youth sports or on Collier County property.
     
  7. Agree to provide all equipment and materials necessary to run the event. Collier County will NOT provide Tables, Chairs, Coolers, Ice, Tents, Cones, etc. Equipment. Unless requested and quoted at additional fees. Collier County will ONLY provide Soccer Corner Flags and Large Soccer Goals for soccer rentals.

  8.  All noise, music, and sound must be kept to an acceptable level. Noise levels may not jeopardize the health, welfare, safety, or quality of life of park users and the community. An acceptable level of public noise, music, and sound will be determined by the Collier County Parks and Recreation Division. Participants will treat others respectfully regardless of race, creed, color, national origin, sex, sexual orientation or ability. Bullying, harassment, or threatening behavior will not be tolerated. Participants will use respectful language as well as a respectful tone of voice. Profanity, teasing, taunting, ridiculing, unkind, abusive, or discriminatory language will not be tolerated. Yelling or screaming at participants will not be tolerated

  9.  Please note, all cars parking on Collier County Park property must park within the designated parking spot areas. This DOES NOT include open grass area, berm, median, or area not conducive with the safety of park users. In addition, destruction of landscaping and/or signs prohibiting parking in certain areas is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply with the above policy and/or failing to comply with the proper parking guidelines as set forth by Collier County Parks and Recreation may result in parking violations being issued to the party in violation and/or towing of vehicles. Please, communicate this policy to individuals associated with the event (i.e. teams, coaches, spectators, vendors etc.) prior to the first day via email.

  10. If a rental is affected by inclement weather or damage to the facility, a park assessment will be conducted by the on-site lead Collier County Parks and Recreation staff member to determine the quality of the facility as it pertains to safety of the venue, playing surfaces, and shelter areas. The staff member will then notify the Event Director of the status. Every effort will be made in order to resume the event in the rented areas, as long as those areas are deemed safe within reason to use by the Collier County on-site event staff lead. Collier County on-site staff lead will provide periodic and reasonable status updates in the event inclement weather is within the Collier County Parks and Recreation radar perimeter
  11. Insurance Requirements:

                                         1-50 People – No standard liability coverage required.

                                         51- 250 people - $500,000 liability coverage required.

                                         250+ people - $1,000,000 liability coverage required.

                                         If Vendors are involved - $500,000 liability coverage required.

                                         If alcohol is involved - $1,000,000 liability coverage required.

     Mid-August through May:

    • Weekdays: 8am - 10pm
    • Saturdays: 8am - 5pm
    • Sundays: 8am - 3pm

      

     Summer Season: June through Mid-August

    • Weekdays (Monday through Thursday) 8am - 7pm
    • Fridays: No Reservations Accepted (First Come First Serve Basis)
    • Saturdays: No Reservations Accepted (First Come First Serve Basis)
    • Sundays: No Reservations Accepted (First Come First Serve Basis)
